VITELLIUS or VESPASIAN?

Early in Vespasians reign-69AD IMP.CAESAR VESPASIANVS AVG. with the bust of Vitellius r./COS.ITER.TR.POT(recut over another legend.) Neptune stg. l., foot on prow, hldg. dolphin & trident. M. of Tarraco. RSC90,RIC262(S).

Bright hoard coin well centered & grades GVF/VF and better. This mismatch of a Vesp. leg. & the bust of Vitell. can only occur when the mint had not received the statue bust to model their coins on. A Very-rare occurrence. Interestingly the rev. leg. was altered from a defuncked die of ? (Vitellius?)

SOLD FOR £195.00

Can anyone suggestion the legend & type that is over cut?
